We believe, with St. Iranaeus, that “The glory of God is the human person fully alive.” We hope this site will provide you with a helpful resource for cultivating a holistic spirituality that integrates the gospel call to holiness and our human longing for wholeness. Holistic spirituality is rooted in the belief that spiritual and psychological growth go hand in hand and that our ability to love God and our neighbor is inseparable from our ability to love ourselves.
